It may be that you are not so handy with “design”, that’s why we have a design service. We make sure you receive a design that you can upload when ordering print products or that could be used to develop your merchandise.

How to request a design

To request a design, we ask you to fill out the request form on this page. We ask you to be as specific and clear as possible.

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Name of the product (Example: Custom Printed BeachTowel)
• Dimensions of the design/product in cm
• Files (Photos or images to be included in the design)
• Description of design (Describe as clearly as possible what you want)

Which photos can you use

For printing, it is important that the photos in your design are of the highest quality. Websites such as Pexels.com, Pixabay.com offer free photo searches from a database. A minimum of 300dpi is required.

We also have other databases from which we can get photos, so there is always a suitable photo for you.

Describe as clearly as possible what you want

Our design service is at cost, we want to keep it that way to keep your design unique. It is therefore important that you describe to us as clearly as possible what you want. Without the right description we cannot make a design for you.

Example:

I have a leisure park and want to develop custom made products from our character. The character is already designed/Please design the character as well. I provide the pantone colors and the lettertype.
